The staff maintained a very positive attitude, were extra attentive. Hand sanitizers everywhere and hostess dispensing it upon entering the restaurant.

Exceptional facilities, shops, clubs unfortunatelly underused. The resort is designed for a much larger crowed that was present due to circumstances.

Beach is fabulous, pools just as much. You can be at the main beach or secluded at Bar Timon at a smaller pool in the back - we did both. Got back to Canada yesterday and so greatful we got to go on this vacation get the sun in and avoided a bit of the craziness back home.

Scott C wrote a review Mar. You're Better To Go Somewhere Else. There are many positives to this resort, but in the end there were way too many problems for me to be able to recommend it to anyone or to go back.

There are so many better resorts than this one. Spend your money somewhere else. I'm sure you will find the same positives at another resort with less of the negatives.

However, we regret that we were not able to fulfill your expectations. We hope that when returning to the Dominican Republic, you will give us the opportunity to welcome you again at our resort.
